The Surplus Property section is located at 438 US Route 2 in Waterbury. Our warehouse is open for sales to the public from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Monday – Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Each program has distinct eligibility requirements. Click the buttons to the right to view each programs guidelines, and a list of items typically available. In addition, the Surplus Property section administrates the state auctions, held every spring.
