The BGS Helpdesk has moved to DII. It is now located at 133 State Street, 5th floor. If you need to drop off/pick up equipment, please call ahead to schedule an appointment. The phone numbers to call are 802-828-3544.

On June 15th, we will no longer be accepting help desk tickets through this email. You will either have to open a Footprints ticket online, or call the helpdesk at one of the above phone numbers. https://ent-footprints.state.vt.us/ .

If you do not have a Footprints login, you will need to attend a training to obtain one. If you have already attended training, please call the helpdesk to have it activated if it is not working.
 

Agency of Administration IT Consolidation

As part of the Agency of Administration consolidation efforts, the IT staff from BGS now reports to DII. This is the second consolidation of IT staff within the Agency following the moves last year by the HR and Finance staff.
