Title: Notice of Transfer During Fiscal Year Capital Construction Act
TRANSFER OF UNEXPENDED BOND BALANCES
FOR EMERGENCY PROJECTS
In accordance with 29VSA Section 152 (25), it is reported that no money was transferred and expended from unspent balances of funds appropriated for previous capital construction projects for use for emergency projects not authorized in a capital construction act during FY 2006.
