Title: Notice of Transfer of Unexpended Project Balance Previous Years 

TRANSFER OF UNEXPENDED BOND BALANCES

FOR MAJOR MAINTENANCE

In accordance with Section 24 (b)(3) of Act 29 of the 1999 and 29VSA Section 152 (23), it is reported that no money was transferred and expended from unspent balances of funds appropriated for previous capital construction projects for use for major maintenance within the Capital Complex in Montpelier during FY 2006.

No such transfers have taken place for five (5) years or more.
