Title: Energy-Smart State Buildings

 

Status of Contracts with Private Sector Providers
For Energy-Smart Buildings

In accordance with Title 29 §152(a)(28) the following report is submitted on performance contracts undertaken with private sector providers to create energy-smart State buildings and facilities primarily through revised operating strategies that will result in operating cost savings.

There are no new contracts this year.

Energy service contracts that the Department of Buildings and General Services has entered into do not fall into the definition of this category.  This is why there are no new contracts identified here.
