PROJECTS FUNDED IN PRIOR YEARS

In accordance with Act 147, Section 23 of the Acts of 2006, the following is submitted:

No funds appropriated in Act 147 of 2006 have been used to provide additional support to projects authorized by prior year capital or general appropriation bills.
