The State of Vermont, wishes to enter into a lease for approximately 5,000 Square Feet of “ADA” handicapped accessible, energy efficient, office and program, space in the St Johnsbury area.

This space will house up to 25 staff and require on-site parking for a minimum of 25 cars.

Preference shall be given to sites located within downtown areas.
