Compliance with Act 54, Section 32 of the Acts of 2009:
The Department of Buildings and General Services in accordance with Act 54, Section 32 of the Acts of 2009 and for total projects costs exceeding $250,000.00, required bidders comply with the following provisions and requirements. Bidder is required to self report the following information relating to past violations, convictions, suspensions, and any other information related to past performance relative to coding and classification for worker's compensation. The state is requiring information on any violations that occurred in the previous 12 months.
