Vermont does not have a reciprocal preference law. We do however indicate “All other considerations being equal, preference will be given to resident bidders of the state and/or to products raised or manufactured in the state”.
The Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DAS), State Procurement Office annually reviews and publishes a list of states and their in-state preference information that would affect award outcomes in a procurement process.
