BGS Security Incident Reports

In an effort to provide more timely assistance to individuals and organizations within the State, as well as develop
information, we would ask that if an incident occurs at your worksite please take a moment and fill out the BGS Security Incident Report.

Incidents can be:

• An event or an occurrence that is not ordinary in nature. May be potentially violent or may result in a critical situation.
• Several examples of incidents that should be reported are identified on the drop down menu on the IR form.
