RFP - Vermont Integrated Eligibility System (VT-IES)

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Agency of Digital Services (ADS), on behalf of the Agency of Human Services (AHS), is seeking to establish a contract with a single qualified company that can provide the Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) and subsequent  Maintenance and Operations (M&O) of a Health and Human Services Integrated Eligibility & Enrollment (IE&E) System for the State of Vermont.

This RFP provides details on what is required to submit a proposal for the work, how the State will evaluate the proposals, and what will be required of the Contractor performing the work. If a suitable offer is made in response to this RFP, ADS may enter into a contract with the Bidder to perform all or part of the work.
