Infrastructure (Physical/Virtual) Support Services Description:

The Supplier shall provide expert technical services in all aspects of infrastructure design, setup, installation, diagnosis, repair & maintenance. The Supplier may be required to support Enterprise class storage, blade & server technologies & perform inter connectivity, performance, failover, deployment and/or administration of VMware product suite.  Services range from advance system administrative functions in a VMware environment to various complex blade and storage (SAN/ISCSI/etc.) to ongoing support of Citrix & Windows Server environments.

Requirements/Capabilities & Methodologies:
•  Installation, procurement & maintenance of storage sub-systems & processing capacity (blade & standard
     servers)
•  Technical support of associated infrastructure necessary for the quality, security, performance, availability,
     recoverability & reliability of the system
•  Ensure scheduled preventive maintenance for equipment is properly & promptly performed
•  Maintain the maintenance records on the equipment
•  Develop operations, administrative & quality assurance back-up plans & procedural documentation
