Security Incident Reporting

In a true emergency requiring medical, police, or fire assistance, call 911.

In an urgent situation, please call BGS Safety and Security at (802) 828-0777. 

Please report all workplace security incidents once they are resolved by filling out a Safety & Security Incident Report (SSIR).

When to Report an Incident

Reasons you might report an incident:

• You perceive a threat to personal or building safety and security
• Something seems out of the ordinary and possibly dangerous
• Someone tries to access an unauthorized area
• Someone causes a large disruption

Always report the incident as quickly as you reasonably can without delaying your response to the incident. Your quick reporting can prevent future incidents.
